What we hold
Your name and email, the claims you submit, any files you upload, and your case correspondence. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
Third parties in your case
A case necessarily contains information about the person whose claims you're checking, because you were given it. We use it only to check those claims, we don't enrich it with anything beyond that purpose, and we delete it with the rest of your case on request.
How long we keep it
Cases and uploads are retained for 12 months so you can revisit a report, then deleted automatically. You can delete a case and every file in it at any time by emailing us — we action it within 72 hours.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never share a case with anyone outside the analyst assigned to it, and never contact the person your case concerns.
Your rights
You can request a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email hello@example.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
